Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. Every parcel is tracked, card-sleeved, and bubble-padded. A small surprise gift is included with every order.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA — 1 to 3 weeks
  • Canada — 1 to 4 weeks
  • Europe — 2 to 4 weeks
  • Asia — 1 to 3 weeks
  • South America — 3 to 8 weeks
  • Other regions — 2 to 6 weeks

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and do not include local customs processing delays.

Shipping Methods

We use K-Packet (tracked international shipping from Korea Post) for most destinations at a flat rate of $8.00 USD. EMS Express is available at checkout for faster delivery to select countries.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email address after dispatch. You can track your parcel on the Korea Post website or through your local postal service. Package collection at delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.

Address Verification

Please double-check your recipient name, shipping address, and phone number before checkout. Undelivered packages due to incorrect address information may require an additional shipping fee for re-dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

🇺🇸 US orders: shipped with import duties prepaid when applicable. No additional import duty payment is expected upon delivery.

🌍 Non-US orders: duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs clearance or handling fees are not included in the item price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated. These charges may be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import duty thresholds before placing an order. Each country sets its own rules, and we cannot estimate or guarantee these local charges in advance.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned, delayed, refused, or disposed of by the carrier due to unpaid import taxes, customs clearance fees, or the recipient’s failure to complete customs procedures, we may not be able to provide a full refund. In such cases, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, carrier handling fee, and any customs-related fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned by customs after a delivery attempt, the order is not eligible for refund.

Damage in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We provide a full refund or reshipment for shipping damage.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 4 weeks, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Lost-in-transit cases qualify for refund or reshipment after carrier confirmation.
