All orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea via Korea Post's international shipping services.

Delivery times are estimates from the time the package leaves Korea. Customs processing in the destination country may add additional days.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1~3 business days (KST, Monday~Friday excluding Korean holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Every photocard is protected with:

  • Individual card sleeve
  • Rigid toploader
  • Bubble wrap
  • Rigid shipping envelope or box

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by each country's customs authority.

Delays

Occasionally, international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, local courier issues, or holiday season volumes. If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@kpopseoulcity.com.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with your neighbors and local post office. If it remains missing, contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate with Korea Post.
