About Photocards

Are all photocards authentic?
Yes. Every single photocard is 100% official, sourced directly from Korean album releases, fan meetings, pop-up stores, and verified Korean retailers. We do not sell fan-made, bootleg, or replica cards.

What condition are the photocards in?
All photocards are in mint or near-mint condition unless otherwise noted. Minor factory imperfections (tiny dents, print marks) that came from the manufacturer are considered normal and not defects.

Can I pick a specific member?
Yes. Each listing shows which member photocard is being sold. If you see multiple variants, you can choose your bias at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Seoul, South Korea.

How long does shipping take?
K-Packet ($8): 7~14 business days to most countries.
EMS Express ($12.50~$30): 3~7 business days.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive it via email once your order ships.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 47+ countries. Check availability at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us — we may be able to add it.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
Yes. Multiple items in a single order ship together at the same flat rate.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1~3 business days (KST). You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Returns & Issues

What if my photocard arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within a short window immediately after checkout, before we begin processing your order. Once processing has started, your photocards are pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment, which cannot be reversed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately if you need to change your address. We can only update it before the order ships.
