Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched from South Korea.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding South Korean public holidays. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Shipping services and delivery estimates

Available services, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and the items in the cart. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, and local conditions may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, the tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

Packaging

Photocards are protected with a card sleeve, toploader, and rigid outer packaging before dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Customers outside South Korea are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states that those charges are prepaid.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check the recipient name, address, postal code, and phone number before payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after processing begins.
